MARIMEKKO BACKPACK, UNIKKO - WINE RED

The medium-sized Everything Backpack M features the jacquard knit Unikko pattern. The backpack has a drawstring closure a front flap with a magnetic button closure and two front pockets with magnetic button closures. The adjustable shoulder straps feature the jacquard knit Unikko pattern. There is a Marimekko keychain on one side and a slip-in pocket in the back. The backpack has recycled leather details. The main material of this product is made of 100% recycled polyester. The shoulder straps are made of 100% recycled polyamide. 

Marimekko´s famous pattern Unikko was born in 1964 in a time when the design house´s collections featured mostly abstract prints. Designer Maija Isola wanted to create something interesting from this organic theme and designed an entire range of floral prints. Today, the iconic flower represents creativity.
